In Weston you can get any packing style you’ve ever seen in the market: quarter folded, Z folded, M folded, interfolded, or combined folding among them, perforated rolls, etc.
For viscose polyester spunlace, we recommend perforated rolls or quarter folded packs for you; and for woodpulp polyester spunlace, or woodpulp polypropylene spunlace, which are mainly for industrial cleaning, we recommend pop up boxes for you since it would be easy for workers to get wipes from it without making the rest fabrics dirty.

3.20+ years manufacturing
Weston has 20+ years history of manufacturing spunlace and spunlace wipes.
In 2005, Weston introduced from Germany and Italy three productions lines of Fleissner and Neumag. From 2000 to 2010, Weston devoted itself in promoting the replacing and upgrading of traditional wipes in Chinese market.
At that time, in China people cleaned in daily life or industrial applications mainly with old cloth or cotton rags. Then Weston encouraged the market to use more clean and convenient spunlace wipes.
2003, Weston was founded in Hangzhou, China;
2006, Weston introduced 3 spunlace production lines from Fleissner and Neumag;
2006, Weston started to do research and development in woodpulp laminated spunlace;
2007, Weston started woodpulp polyester spunlace production;
2008, Weston started woodpulp polypropylene spunlace production
2010, Weston began converting with its 28 nonwoven wipe converting lines

4.Smart Package Design Team
Today more and more buyers tend to build its private brand of wipes, which is surely better for enjoying long and stable interest in cleaning product market. Weston offers professional and smart package and design even for very small size order of wipe business starters. If you are interested in have private label of wipe lines, please contact with us.
We have various wipe solutions in marketing your wipes. Weston offers wipe OEM service. We have a professional nonwoven wiper package design team. They help clients to reach the ideal package effect they want.
Currently we can do almost all the packing patterns that you see in the market, such as:

For packages, we can offer simper plastic bags, cpp+opp plastic bags, pop-up boxes, etc.
Here are the instructions:
After placing order, we will appoint 1 or 2 designers for your package design if you need. After a full communication, she will know your ideas, and finish the artwork within 7 days.
Then she offers a draft for your confirmation, if right, we will submit the artwork to our package factory to produce a sample. Then this sample will be sent to you for confirmation.
5.Strong Research and Development
Each year, Weston Manufacturing develops new spunlace nonwoven wipes to meet upgrading market demands.
We have an 8 people team who once majored in nonwovens or worked in big brand companies of nonwoven industry. Weston Manufacturing never stopped exploring new technologies in spunlace nonwoven manufacturing, especially in spunlace cleaning wipe cloth. Apart from traditional viscose/polyester spunlace, we expanded our product range to woodpulp and polyester laminated spunlace, which now are popular in industrial cleaning industry and medical protective field. Based on globally existed technology, we optimized much of it.
Currently, main producers of woodpulp and polyester laminated spunlace in the world can only produce parallel lapping spunlace fabrics whose strength is not good enough if the fabric is applied in medical performance such as surgical gown and drapes. Weston Manufacturing introduced cross lapping in the hydroentangling process so the whole strength of the fabric will be largely enhanced both in MD and CD.
For the woodpulp and polypropylene laminated spunlace, we introduced world advance technology and are able to produce fabric with any blend ratio of woodpulp and polypropylene.
In the world, now the main popular products are:
1.80% woodpulp and 20% polypropylene laminated spunlace, mainly used as oil grease wipes;
2.50% woodpulp and 50% polypropylene laminated spunlace, mainly used as oil and water cleanings.
Weston Manufacturing upgraded technology based on the above, and can produce any blend between the two material.
