With a liquid absorption capacity of 9.2 g/g — exceeding the industry minimum requirement of 8 g/g by 15% — our cotton spunlace fabric rapidly locks in moisture for residue-free cleansing. Whether used dry or paired with toner, micellar water, cleanser, or lotion, the fabric consistently performs better than standard viscose or blended alternatives.
Absorption time is just 1.6 seconds compared to the industry standard of 3 seconds. The fabric saturates instantly, making it ideal for salons, clinics, skincare routines, and fast-paced hygiene environments.
Whiteness reaches 96.6% compared to the minimum standard of 90%. Independent laboratory testing confirms zero migratable fluorescent whitening agents. No hidden brighteners, no unnecessary chemical residues — only the natural purity of cotton spunlace fabric.
The fabric maintains a pH value of 6.7 within the recommended skin-safe range of 5.5–8.5. Surface active matter measures only 1.6 mg/100 cm², well below the maximum allowable level of 2 mg/100 cm². Free from fragrances, parabens, chlorine treatment, alcohol, and fluorescent whitening agents.

Dry tensile strength in machine direction (MD) reaches 65.9 N/5cm — more than double the required minimum of 30 N/5cm. Wet tensile strength remains stable at 33.5 N/5cm MD and 25.4 N/5cm CD, ensuring the wipe maintains integrity during wet use without tearing or linting.
