A: Our standard 100GSM fabric uses a 14-gauge or 18-gauge setup, which is the industry benchmark for a balance between breathability and tensile strength. If your application requires higher puncture resistance (e.g., for heavy-duty filtration), we can increase the stitch density.

A: For industrial conversion, we understand that joins can cause machine downtime. Our standard export rolls are guaranteed to be “continuous” where possible. If a join is necessary, it is clearly marked with a red tag, and we ensure no more than one join per 100-meter roll.
